| SUBMIT A CLAIM BY JUNE 1, 2024 | If you submit a Claim Form by June 1, 2024, you may receive a pro rata share of the Settlement Fund as compensation for your injuries. You must submit a Claim Form either via U.S. Mail or online to receive monetary compensation under this Settlement. IF YOU DO NOTHING, you will not receive Settlement benefits, but you will be bound by the Settlement. |
